1. About KACHED
2. Product information
Each listing describes the minimum characteristics represented for that product. Customers should review the game, access details, account characteristics, price and any product-specific notes before ordering. A listing only includes features expressly stated on that listing.
3. Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until payment is successfully authorised and KACHED confirms the order. Prices shown at checkout are the total product price unless additional charges are clearly disclosed before purchase. Customers must be given a reasonable opportunity to correct order errors before paying.
4. Digital delivery
Where a product is supplied digitally or supply begins immediately, checkout may ask the customer to expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this can have on applicable cancellation rights. KACHED will provide an order confirmation in a durable form such as email when payments are enabled.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order and contact information, keep supplied credentials secure, and use products lawfully. Customers should check whether use or transfer of an account is permitted by the relevant game or platform terms before purchase.
6. Problems with an order
If a product is not as described, cannot be accessed as represented, or another problem occurs, contact KACHED Support promptly with the order ID and relevant details. Nothing in these terms excludes remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. A “no refunds” statement does not override rights a consumer has by law.
8. Availability
Listings may be changed, removed or become unavailable. We may cancel and refund an order where a product cannot be supplied, a price is clearly erroneous, or fraud/security checks reasonably require cancellation.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, KACHED is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by a customer's breach of these terms or third-party platform rules.
10. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms applying to an order are those presented when that order is placed.
