KACHED may process information you provide when ordering or contacting support, such as your email address, order information, ticket messages and identifiers needed to operate and secure the service. Security systems may also process technical information such as IP address and browser/device information.

Why we use it

Payments

When Stripe is connected, payment information will be processed through Stripe. KACHED should avoid storing full payment-card details itself. Update this policy with the exact Stripe integration and data-sharing details before enabling payments.

Cloudflare

KACHED uses Cloudflare infrastructure and security features, including Turnstile. Technical data may be processed to deliver and protect the service.

Support tickets

Sharing

Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate KACHED, process payments, host the service, provide security, or comply with law. We do not state that personal data is sold.
