How do I receive an account after ordering?
Delivery details are shown with the product and during checkout. Once an order is completed, use the order information provided to access what you purchased. If anything is missing, open a support ticket and include your order ID.
What does “full access” mean on a listing?
Only rely on the access details written on that specific listing. Different products can include different access levels, so check the product description before purchasing.
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Open a ticket through KACHED Support and include your order ID, the email used for the order, and a clear description of the issue. You can then continue the conversation in the live ticket chat.
How can I check an existing support ticket?
Go to Support, enter the ticket ID and the same email address used when the ticket was created, then open the live chat to continue speaking with KACHED Support.
